Each access to our website is being automatically recorded while the following data will be stored in log files:

  • IP-address of the user
  • date and time of the access
  • accessed URL
  • URL the user came from (if any)
  • browser line

Such data is only being stored and processed for statistic reasons and improvements (including security improvements) of our website and will be automatically deleted after a three-months-period (art. 6 par. 1 lit. f General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)). If you write to us by e-mail, we will process and store the data you provide exclusively for the mandate we are entrusted with or to reply to your request (art. 6 par. 1 lit. a), b) and f) GDPR). In case you apply for an advertised position, we will exclusively process your data within the appli-cation procedure (§ 26 par. 1 BDSG, art. 88 GDPR). If your application is unsuccessful, we will delete such data no later than six months after completion of the application process.

Your Rights
You can request information, correction, deletion, limited processing, data transmission and blocking regarding your personal data stored by us at any time and object to further processing by us.
